Warriewood K-Mart:
Plenty of first wave Real Gear and a bunch of other first wave stuff I wasn't interested in. There are two transformers sections in that shop though. One new section with all the movie stuff, and the standard section near the Star Wars and Pokemon sections which still has some classics, and had the Robot Heroes 5-pack. There were two, I got one. Even better though, there was a sale at K-Mart so it was only $16.95, best value Robot Heroes ever!

Warringah Mall:

Target:
Heaps of everything except Deluxes.
They had wave 2 Robot Heroes, two packs taped together with 'Value Pack' tape. Going for $19.99 today but will be $15.99 as of Thursday when the sale starts.
Plenty of FABs, Cyber Slammers, Voyagers and Scouts.
They also had the Fab Prime & Classics Deluxe Prime 2-pack, the walkie talkies, the night lights, heaps of voice changer helmets (I'm not sure which version though. I never learned to tell the difference.)
Strangely no Deluxes at all.

Big W:
Very little here. The only deluxe was a single Bonecrusher. There were some Titanium 3-packs. That's 3 inch Proto Prime, Prime Truck and Prime Robot. This is the only place I've seen that set.

David Jones:
Again very few. There were 3 of Movie Legends Megatron. I got one of them since he looks half decent and I know I'm not interested in any of the larger versions of him.
They still had 3 Titanium Soundwaves (Daiperwave).
A few Deluxes, Wreckage, Bonerusher and Swindle I think.
A bunch of Classics Voyager Prime and Megatron.

Uncle Pete's:
A fair bit of Classics stuff, still heaps of the Classics Prime vs Megs 2-pack, Leader Prime, Unleashed Bumblebee, Cyber Stompers, Voyager Ironhide and Starscream, FABs, and one Robot Replica Bumblebee. Nothing particularly interesting other than this being the first time I've seen Unleashed and Robot Replica. They did have a sign outside saying they match all catalogue prices from other stores.

Myer:
Not much here. A couple of Movie Legends, some classics, one 20th DVD prime still asking for $149. I wish they would get around to reducing that guy so I can justify buying him. Seems every Myer I go to has one or two of them floating around, but always $149.

It kind of irritates me that Kmart placed the Transformers in the special "seasonal" section, and ordered in tonnes of stuff for their sale.

Big W and Myer made very organised little Transformers Islands in the toy section, and packed them full of all the movie stuff.

Target just throws random stuff on random toy aisle shelves, half hidden. I doubt they will be any better before the sale begins.
Scary to think how bad the Target shelves will be after the crazy mothers with prams have been through it...

Big W Penrith had restocked last night, and I saw the Voyager Megatron for the very first time.

Man that is one horrible toy.

Now for the exceedingly hateful news.
All the Deluxes had been refilled, there was at least half a dozen of each figure in the 08 Bumblebee wave. Except Bumblebee, there were 2 pegs empty. I figured I had just missed out, so got me an Arcee instead.

I rock up to the registers, and the woman infront of me had 7, thats right 7 '08 Bumblebee's. After I had been served I walked past her as she was on the phone, talking about how she was going to put them up for sale, and hoped they would sell as well as the last lot.
I hate Scalpers, and I hope no one buys them for her inflated prices, and her and her family starve to death.
Damn Scalpers.

Not all of them, one of them that ends this evening had 12 bids, and was over $45.

The seller wasn't from Western Sydney, though quite a few of the newer auctions were..

People like that dont deserve to be allowed back. Then again I guess toy stores and businesses in general dont care as long as their making the money. but 7 at once... jeez... come on.

Well so much for Target's 'big' sale. I rock up 10 minutes after they open, and the only new movie figure they have is 1 Voyager Megatron, which I bought. No new deluxes at all, so no Bumblebee, Arcee, Dreadwing or anything.

They did have those T.E.C.H. sets or whatever they are, the one with the carabiner. Oh, and the Peter Cullen Voice Changer Helmet. Why!? Why did Hasbro make two different version!? Gits.

I did manage to pick up the entire second wave of Robot Heroes, in their nicely bundled 'Value Packs'. So something good came from the day.

So that's technically nothing new on the coast. No Monopoly either. Damn I am sick of waiting for it.

Im going to head around to various targets tonight.

I figure (and hope) that they will do the same as what Big W did, sell off all the Wave 1 figures first, then restock with the newer stuff. I dont expect there to be much stock, I struggled to find what I wanted in last years sales.

There is a difference with the voice helmets, but I can only tell when I have one of each to compare, when they all are the same I am never sure which is which.

Okies...
Went to Mt Druitt, St Mary's and Penrith Targets last night.

I am appalled at the "sale". Its a dead set joke. My full comments are in the Target sale thread.

Got myself:
- Cyber Slammin Bumblebee
- Cyber Slammin Prime
- Scout Arcee
- Transformers "Where's Wally" style book

There wasnt much else to buy, unless I really wanted to rip myself off (beamers, Caribiner sets, Walkie Talkies etc)

What really amazed me was that St Mary's Target still had Supreme Starscream on its shelves, for $119... Mt Druitt also had Cybertron stock at full price, even though every single box has been trashed/opened.

I got the Robot Heroes I didn't have (Mags/Megs, BB/Soundwave, Prime/Unicron, Jazz/Thundercracker) at Target before the toy sale. Sure I pay a few bucks more but at least I get them. On layby with MLP Cheerilee(unicorn pony) another toy Ive been hunting for.

Ducked into Target Chatswood over lunch.
Now they had some stock!

Copious amounts of Leader Prime, Leader Megatron, both size pc's, Barrel Roll and Big Rig Blasters, Cyber Slammers, Cyber Stompers, Beamers, Walkie Talkies, Prime Helmets, Caribiner sets, Unleashed Bumblebee, Keyrings, Bouncy ball's, 3d action cards.
- Legends: All of them, in various amounts, oddly enough they were hidden on the top shelf.
- Scout: Wave 1: Arcee, Clocker, Signal Flare, Hardtop
- Deluxe: (A Scalper's dream) 12 (now 11) 08 Bumblebee's (though only 3 of them had very good paint), 10 Wreckages, over 15 Swindles, Scorponoks, 5 Arcees, 7 Dreadwings, Over 15 Bonecrushers.
- FAB's: 5 Starscreams, 1 Ironhide, 1 Brawl.

Oddly enough though they did not have a single Voyager figure anywhere...

Bloody North Shore and all their perks!

On Thursday I got Wave 2 of Robot Heroes from Target in Warringah Mall. Now I have all the G1 ones that exist (Wave 1, Sneak Attack, Wave 2)

I'll have to go check out Chatswood Target if I don't find any 09 Bumblebees in Hornsby when we go to get Harry from Borders there (We preordered it while we still lived in Hornsby :P)

I know the illustrator Val Staples, one the co-founders of He-Man.Org. Don't go crook Ive been a poster at HM.org for longer than here. It's seven years in Oct. Go under the name "Sorceress" fyi.

It seems to be very random as to whether you get good stock, or bad.
Target Penrith still didnt have anything on Sunday.

Anyone else notice the complete lack of Robovision Prime? I have not seen one since the week after they were released...

Dont get the "Where's Wally" transformer book, unless you really love that kind of thing, the art is deplorable, and the pages are really barren, so its easy to find all the odds and ends.

Chatswood TRU had 3 Concept Bumblebees today. Only 2 left after I bought mine. $29.99 but I'm happy to pay that since I haven't even seen him anywhere else.

Target Penrith was cleaned out of actual Transformers.

Still had billions upon billions of Beamers, PC's, and shock horror...Voice Changing Helmets. All were the non-Cullen ones.

Price tickets were all removed, and as usual the scanners broken, so cannot tell you the non sale prices.

Over at TAAU, the Car Robots figures have been found in Target, for $11 each.

These figures are like ALternators, with actual real world car alt modes, and could be found before the toy sales in Big W for $30-$40. The Target figures are supposed to be smaller, I'll post more info if I get more info.

Neither of the new Real Gear figures in Plumpton Big W.

Seems that Meantime and High Score are roaming around Vic and Qld only at this point in time.

Ducked into Blacktown Kmart on Saturday.

Had about
- 15 Voyager Starscreams, 3 Ratchets and 2 Blackouts.
- At least 12 Swindles, 10 Bonecrushers, 3 78 Bumblebee's, 1 Arcee, 2 Dreadwing's and a Jazz.
- 6 FAB Starscream's, 2 Primes, 1 Ironhide.
- 5 of each blaster.
- 3 Cyber Stomping Bumblebee's.
- 7 Voice changer helmets, all the Imposter versions, and for a ridiculous $88, almost $20 more than Big W.
