Unintentionally found this on the Local TV site while trying to find what ep of Doctor Who was airing this week.

Beast Hunters? in a 120min time slot? Interesting. Could be another TV movie thing like in the 1st 5 eps of Prime.

For people in Singapore, it's airing on Okto (Starhub channel 108) on 15th Mar, Friday. 6.30pm — 8.30pm.



Hope it's actually BH and not a mix-up.

That description matches what we know of episodes 53, 54, and 55, so at least those three may likely be included in this.

Guess this means the supposed "TV movie" we've been hearing about is indeed just existing episodes edited together as a single presentation, instead of being a separate entity from the main 13 episodes.

While browsing his local TV website Seibertron.com member gavinfuzzy made an interesting discovery regarding the upcoming season of Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. In Singapore it appears the first four episodes will be aired on March 15th as a "TV Movie Special", this is likely the previously announced Predacon Rising TV movie. If this turns out to be the case, and Predacon Rising is a repackaging of existing episodes rather than a separate event, that would shorten the Beast Hunters season down to a total of 13 episodes.

In this TV movie special, Team Prime struggles to reunite after Megatron's victory, and Optimus struggles to survive. The Ultimate Autobot Hunter, the PREDACON, is unleashed on our heroes. Will the arrival of a new Autobot be enough to save them?

Hmmm...very interesting. This does pretty much shoot down the idea of a separate TV movie to finish up the series. I guess this pretty much follows suit with the past two seasons having the first 4-5 episodes made into its own TV "movie." Oh well. I just hope that the 13 episodes of Beast Hunters are awesome with lots of new characters and a good ending to TF Prime.

It is interesting that they're airing the first 4 episodes together there before anywhere else. Well, at least to me. Is this usual practice for the Singapore market? Do they usually air first over there?

Either way, any Seibertronians in the Singapore market had better keep their lips sealed about what happens...or else! Seriously though, no spoilers please!

Best example I can remember was how the final episode of season 1 (episode 26, "One Shall Rise, Part 3"), aired a week early in Singapore, on or after the same day as episode 25 aired in the U.S.

As a result, it got posted to YouTube an enabled many of us here to see it long before the Hub aired it.

I would imagine that it's very possible that this special might get uploaded to YouTube shortly after it airs as well. If we're lucky, we might be able to catch it on YouTube before it gets taken down, and get to see 3+ episodes ahead of their Hub airings.

I really hope someone gets this on YouTube

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the entire season supposed to consist of only 13 episodes?

It's suppose to only have 13 but that could change next week
