hellkitty wrote:You know, as I think about it, beating up Beast Machines for the ending is kind of unfair. As far as my memory serves, it seems that most TF cartoon series have ended rather hastily/lamely/abruptly. About halfway through the last season of Beast Wars, for example, you could practically hear someone in the production room yelling, 'hey, chop chop! let's wrap it up!'. And the *entirety* of Season Three of TFA had that hasty-sloppy feel.
HK, but maybe I just like Strika.

Yeah, Season 3 of Beast Wars suffers from introducing way too many upgrades in such a short time. It's the season that most feels like a toy commercial. Why upgrade Cheetor, Black Arachnia, and Megatron at all if they barely get any screen time? Then there's Tigerhawk, one of the most powerful yet underdeveloped characters ever, who basically gets introduced and dies.
Season 3 is pretty fun yeah, but I think they should have put the upgrades in the show earlier.

Who's to say the Quitessons didn't terraform the planet?ausbot wrote:This shows animation was superior to beastwars but story sucked!
Teen bat, and the origins of cybertron just wrong!
It was clear the writers had no idea about the transformers

Remember in some episodes of the G1 cartoon where they went underground and noticed some of Cybertron's inner layers seemed organic?ausbot wrote:I view cybertron as primus not a terra formed quint planet!

Then again, there were times where the plot seemed...strange. Adding the whole mystic/psychic Optimus thing to the storyline just didn't bode well with me.

Like, 19 people just love it (myself included) and everyone else rips you up and down for liking something. So the next time you're in the movie forum and you dare not love the live action films and someone tells you you're on the bandwagon becuase it's somehow popular to hate ROTF or whatever, just tell them you're a Beast Machines fan.
