The Headmasters, Masterforce, and Victory have all be subbed many times. TV-nihon fansubbed them, Metrodome released them in subbed DVD form in the UK, Madman did the same in Australia, and now Shout! Factory is releasing their own subbed DVDs of them.BeastProwl wrote:No, I didnt. I thought they would be subbed. Well, there goes THAT. So, what about Headmasters? That (I assume) takes place after G1? and victory?

You know, I'm surprised that Takara has yet to provide an official in-story explanation for that. I mean, when they were doing Kiss Players, they did a whole bunch of retcons to explain certain continuity errors and notices, like why the Quints aren't in The Headmasters or how the Angolmois got to Earth and such. Yet, nothing's been said to explain why dead guys are alive in The Headmasters and Victory.JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:One word of caution: Transformers The Movie did not air in Japan until Victory was well under way, so don't be surprised when characters miraculously reappear even though they were supposed to be killed off.

An easy way they could have explained it was to say that, after Convoy was resurrected at the end of TFSLTF 2010, the Quint who helped with Convoy's revival was assigned to revive others who had also died in the movie.
'Twould have to be written with Japanese dialogue (then translated into English after its completion), since the characters spoke Japanese in that version.BeastProwl wrote:I can live with that! If only mosaics was still going, someone could get on it!
