Blitz Magnus wrote:I don't understand what happened after the Beast Wars. It starts off with Primal chasing Megatron through a time gate that sends them to the 50 million years of when the actual Prime and Megatron are in stasis lock. After the Beast Wars are over, Megatron is tied to the shuttle and the Maximals head to Cybertron.
Blitz Magnus wrote:-Why is it that after Megatron gets loose off the shuttle, the Maximals arrive to Cybertron, only to have Vehicons attack the ship and rid of their transmetal forms?
-How did Megatron have enough time to create vehicon drones to attack the ship? Is it because when he got loose, he was sent to Cybertron BEFORE they could arrive, giving him time to conquer Cybertron?
Any clarification is appreciated
Bun-Bun wrote:I don't have the specifics but I believe Primal and Co were on their way back thru another "timegate" with Megatron tied to the outside of the shuttle.
During the trip, Megatron gets loose and drops out of the "timegate" causing him to re-enter the timestream before the maximals and getting to Cybertron long before they do.
Megatron develops the virus that locks TF's into their beast mode and begins removing sparks and creating vehicons
When the maximal shuttle re-enters the timestream it's attacked and crashes. Primal & Co are infected and for some reason the TM ones revert to their normal beast modes the two that weren't in a TM form (Rhinox and Silverbolt) are captured so who knows, perhaps they were completly shutdown and the TM forms saved the others... it's been a long time since I watched beast machines so perhaps that's actually explained in the series

Its not "50 million years".Its in the neiborhood of 4 million years or less.Blitz Magnus wrote:-Why is it that after Megatron gets loose off the shuttle, the Maximals arrive to Cybertron, only to have Vehicons attack the ship and rid of their transmetal forms?

Pretty much right.

Pretty much right.

Except that that would probably mean that BW didn't happen since everyone would be vehicons right? That is, if Megatron unleashed the virus anytime before the Axalon/Darkside crews took off.
The Chaos Bringer wrote:More likely Megatron did something so that the Autobot shuttle returned to Cyertron in the future, rather than Megatron returning in the past. That would exempt the timeline of any possible hiccups in continuity. I think.
BM's continuity makes me dizzy
