I wanna see a live action Beast Wars movie. That would be great! Yeah, there wouldn't be any humans or anything unless they put in people on a safari drive or a few poachers, but they could use real animals and like high grade cg for the predicons seeming how there aren't actual dinosaurs or giant spiders walking around. But yeah, that would be awesome!

I'd have to disagree with you on that one.

Then again, I never liked BEASTWARS to begin with.

Using real animals to do the kind of action required wouldnt be feasible and peta would **** a brick.

Just think about it though; if the TransFormers were this bionic for being machines just how animalistic would Beast Wars animals be, they would be too realistic.

Be cool maybe, though it would have to be done well. The series is great, so wouldnt want a movie to mess with it. They'd prob robotosize the animals to begin with and have them transform.

Actually, I'd rather probably just an animated movie like the show was if there was going to be a movie. That way maybe Blackarachnia wouldn't claim Cheetor was masturbating...I kid I kid...

They could do a dtv movie that showed a little more origin(dawn of futures past) story and then kind of lead into the tv series main story.

maybe they can make a direct to DVD animated movie. Just say no to a live action Beast Wars movie.

A direct-to-DVD prequel would be really awesome!

I third that. I've seen what movie grimmy might look ike and the other bw cast im sure would look awsome too

The first day I saw that Optimus was a kinda of "King Kong"..., I was a little disgusted..., but BTW, they were still TF's, with the time I got used to it, even I enjoyed a little bit the Beast Wars series...

Are you serious? Look at the 60+ past years of film history ,and what animals have done. Live action Beast Wars is completely feasible, and PETA bitches too much anyway another film with animals waring wouldn't stop them

To have a live gorilla and cheeta and oversized rat oncreen and react oncue and make it believable? Let alone a pterodactyl and a t rex with 2 oversized spiders and a scorpion.

Not at all, beast wars was probably my favorite series because unlike g1 it had a cohesive storyline for the most part and actually advances the mythos a little bit instead of the same thing happening every episode but with a different power plant involved.

I am just thinking logically when it comes to a live action Beast wars movie involving real animals.

Well to all those who think the live action Beast Wars would be crap, I'm not entirely sure I can side with you on that. They have made significant advancements in CGI over the years, Congo, King Kong, and many other movies have shown us it can be done and believeable. I for one though don't see it becoming reality. I would love to see a direct to DVD movie with regards to beast Wars the first series with megatron and optimus Primal back in all their Mainframe glory.

A CGI Beast Wars prequel movie showing their mission, megatron's aquisition of the stolen discs, ect.. ect.. and not to mention a new toyline based on the movie, a short run of just core figures would do , that would be a huge hit for us Beasties fans!!!

Hasbro and Mainframe please think about a Beast Wars movie, and small run of toys that resemble the movie bots as they are on cybertron/Protoform modes. thanks if your listening.

I would have to disagree with you there wigglez, Sorry man. BW is a fantastic series but a movie would be pushing it over the top. G1 is the top of the tower and always has been, But I would see BW if it was made into a movie though

I don't think it would work. BW is a cool show and all that, but I don't think it was THAT succesfull, not enough to warrant a movie. I mean, Transformers DID switch back to vehicle alt. modes after few years, so I guess BW wasn't as big of a success as fans sometimes seem to think. (I have no statistics to prove this, just a feeling.)

And also, I think beast-bots would be a bit too gross looking, if done in movie style.
