Yup, it is suppose to be detailing only. if you see the real Pave Low chopper, they have 2 additional radar equipment located right above the fuel tank. hasbro manage to implement those radar into the toys also right on the real position also, but they reduce the detailing of the radar to just a round peg. now the great thing is that they make it to be a minicon ports. may be some kind of a secret features, hehehe. it seems that Black Out alt mode is the most detail model and really follow the real Pave Low figures. i also heard some rumours that Wreckage can also have some minicon on him. but i haven't try for sure.

Nope, that's only Minicon weapons(Star Saber, Skyboom Shield, Reqiuem Blaster) etc.
