I'm putting it all down to a limited budget so they couldn't have made Blackout move around much.
Although I hated the universal rule that you can take someone out by aiming for their crotch. ouch!

Remember Lennox jumping on some random motorcycle that just happened to lie there? It was conveniently abandoned and not outfitted with an alarm system. Now, I knew before seeing the movie Arcee was cut out, but maybe that motorcycle was actually supposed to be her and they filmed him picking it up after she had been cut from the movie.
