Nope. There's even a video on YouTube where he even says he wasn't cast in the movie. He was however hired to voice Megatron for the video game with Cullen as Prime. Bay didn't want Frank but apperently the video game companys did.

Speaking of video game voice actors. You know Nightmare from Soul Calibur II? Well the voice actor who played him was in one of the plays at SRT (Sierra Repritory Theater, the place where I work) a couple years ago. Unfortunatly I didn't get a chance to meat him because he was working in the East Sonora Theater and I was working in the Fallen House Theater... Actully maybe I did meat him not sure but I think he was playing Beast in "Beauty and the Beast"

Hmmm i can't seem to find the video you're talking about or any news reports or even rumors here on seibs that says frank wasn't cast. I do remember a rumor/news item a few weeks ago about Frank being signed on for the game, but then shortly after I remember an article that said he was brought on to do something for the movie, however it obviously isn't gonna be for megs, but people thought he would be doing a different character.

i thought frank was cast in the movie just not as megatron but another of the characters he voiced

i think a good cameo would a kid playing with a G1 optimus toy then the movie optimus to roll past the kid that would be cool
