Aerrow wrote:Drizzt Do'Urden could take Jack in a fight.
Artemis Entreri is another I think could beat Jack.
Both are from the R.A. Salvatore Forgotten Realms novels.

Shadowman wrote:I doubt it. Ichigo had enhanced strength when he fought Zaraki (More than Jack has ever shown, anyway), and for a while, he couldn't even cut him when he hit him. Ichigo needed ANOTHER boost to be able to do damage when he hit Zaraki.
Never mind the fact that Zaraki is hideously fast and strong.
EevilJ wrote:Maybe my eyes are bad but I don't see Ichigo bullet-timing, surviving re-entry or breaking steel in any of those videos, and scans from the actual manga are favorable over the filler ridden and non-canon anime.
Wigglez wrote:Just remember. The sword is an extension of your arm. Use it as if you're going to karate chop someone with your really long sharp ass hand.
Shadowman wrote:Oh, you want the part about Flash-stepping? Hang on, I'll get that one. I think there's something on breaking enchanted steel, so we'll check that one too:
For flash stepping, the fight starts at about 3:00 here.
Breaking steel is here at about 3:38.
I don't have anything on Reentry, but since Gendy Tartakovsky has a tendency to critically overpower his characters (One of the reasons General Grievous was so disappointing in Star Wars Episode III), I think we can leave that out.

You know how bullets are actually visible when they're in motion? You notice how Byakuya was not?EevilJ wrote:zanpakuto are as hard as the plot requires
One quick question: That superjump Jack got from the ape-people...did he ever use that after that episode?
he'll hear youShadowman wrote:Also, I find it odd how you're so quick to break down everything from Bleach, when you clearly have Captain Hitsugaya as your avatar.

Care to give an example of this inconsistency?

Bullets are visible when shot? I don't know about you but most people can't see bullets after they've been shot.

Urahara cutting Ichigo's sword it two saying it's "fluffy and bloated". Ichigo being unable to cut Kenpachi at first but magically his sword is later on able to cut Kenpachi due to a higher resolve.

Boo hoo, bitch somewhere else.

Shadowman wrote:You ever hear of Tracer ammunition? It's used in Automatic fire to help soldiers tell where their bullets are going. Not used in rifles so much (They had to remove the automatic fire from M16s because it would cause the barrel to melt), but it allows bullets to be seen clearly.
Wow, that is inconsistent, it's almost like he got some kind of upgrade stemming from his mystical sword!
EevilJ wrote:Your average bullet can't be seen by the unaided eye.

Yay, an upgrade, how much harder has his sword gotten? Who the **** knows. Evidence of it being anywhere hard as steel? Zero. So what do we know now? His sword can be as hard or soft as the plot needs it to be a.k.a. unquantifiable.
Wigglez wrote:Just remember. The sword is an extension of your arm. Use it as if you're going to karate chop someone with your really long sharp ass hand.
Shadowman wrote:And neither could Byakuya!
Well...considering it's a sword? Yeah, it can be assumed it's at least as hard as steel. He has been seen smashing large areas with it. (It was in one of the videos I posted)
But seriously, do you even know where you got your avatar from?

I started thinking, "SWORD fight--" then I thought "He killed Frieza and King Cold with a Sword."
Yeah, Trunks would take this easily. Probably more easily than anyone.

Against one of the MacLeods from Highlander, that'd be good. They are immortal though, so that might cause problems for Jack...
