Actually, the commercials were not shown in the UK because you're peoples mothers complained that the movie was too violent for little kids. They even tried to demand that burger king not carry the toys!

Wow! and I though Soccer Mom's were more of a problem in the US. Do you think maybe they complained that the movie was too rubbish for the UK audience? That seems more likley.![]()

I've certainly seen ads for the Prime & SS arm blaster thingies and the voice changer, and I think I saw some for the figures when the movie was new out.
