I wish I had the extra cash, I could get the worse box one for $229.45 with my discount.

Some Guy on Ebay has a few of those for 250 and the box isn't all jacked up.

I'd want a Predaking so bad... but I can't drop $250 on a TF, that's just too much to justify.

Not that I even have $250 at the moment anyway

I'd love the new Encore series to reissue some Gestalt sets at sane prices.

About what you would expect to pay for it right now. I have it and if you have the money it worth it no question asked although it might be released through the encore series at a cheaper price so you never know.

And furthermore, it's not a scalper price. Did you even bother to consider that at this late in the game, even a store or wholesaler is going to have to pay increased cost for the item? Then they have to make a profit off of it as well.

Scalping is when I take all of the Marvel Legend variants from the back room and sell them to you for 2-3x the price.

and then laugh, on into the night.

I remember almost buying that reissue when it was first released years ago... ah well!

I had no idea the price had jumped so drastically. I bought mine from them at FX in Orlando that year for $160ish and balked at the price then. I wanted it though and they weren't going any lower. Wow, pricey.

I'm still surprise that Takara reissued Predaking. I'm glad I purchased one - loved it. I just wish they would released more gestalt!

I am so glad i still have my G1 Predacons..

Damn, all these re-issues went up in price

Enough of this scalper BS. It is on avearage around $0 less on e-bay. In case you haven't noticed, G1 Transformers tend to appreciate in value.

In case I havent noticed??? If you have contacts overseas- you dont pay these prices that is what I am getting at. I can pay 160 plus 40 for shipping and still come in under that price and thats for a nice box- but then again some people dont have the contacts You are paying the middle man for these prices...get over it,you know..the guy that buys overseas and has to pay another guy...come on mod read between the lines. Why else did they suddenly get a couple? Im not entitled to my opinion anymore?
