I hate that mold very disapointing and well crap.
I want a real classics dev, with Six bots and looking a bit more G1 ish I never had a Dev so that's what I want.
Yeah, you are right, it's high time we get a G-1 Accurate Devestator with each bot being a voyager size, and once comnined they need articulation and ratcheted joints for superior stability and posing!!! Also he should have a posable head!!
Six bots, voyager sized.... hrrrm... 6 sets of £20.... isn't that £120??? Quite expensive... Nice idea though.

I don't think it's so much that we want to see the same characters over and over again, but that we would like to finally have definitive versions of the originals.
I know that's what I would like. Give me a Devastator that looks as close to possible as the original in the cartoon, with as much poseability as possible. Same goes for pretty much every other character. I think that is why the classic seekers are loved so much. They are almost perfect to their cartoon counterparts.
And I think your digibash looks great skywarp-2. I would definitely consider getting that.

I also say no to the idea of having Metroplex as Devestator.
Hasbro need to take a page from the IDW comics, and feature some of the other combiner teams.

Classics was the first time we saw Bumblebee in anything but his G1 VW beetle mold.
Movie comes out and we get ohh about 5 different Bumblebees.
Maybe a littler too much. but Devastator has gotten a lot of moulds in the past few years.
And Devastator should always be a combiner. never a single robot. Just like Menasor should always be a combiner, not a drilling machine like in cybertron.

Anything aside from a set of 6 Voyager class cons that combine into Devestator is just not going to add up to the big D.
Why I wouldn't support this idea? It isn't enough. Sure, it looks good, but in the end, we would have one more band-aid attempt to give us what we really want.
Big ass combiners.
