Putting a major plot point like Starscream surviving five minutes into the credits is stupid. How many people hit the doors for the bathroom even before the segment with Sam's parents? Watched all the way through to see if they put Barricade's fate at the end.
When the credits roll, the movie should be over. YHou shouldn't have to sit through ten minutes of caterers and key grips and best boys to make sure you don't miss anything important.

To be honest, I really do not remember.

Yeah, Scorponok did seem to escape death as well. And for the people who missed the end parts for leaving too soon, maybe next time you'll remember. The first time i saw parts in or after the credits was in "Masters of the Universe" in 1987. So apparently this sort of thing has been going on for quite some time. I personally love it, it's like a nice, last little christmas gift hidden behind the recliner.
