Differences between how Transformers allsparks and gobots brains?

Transformers did have young robots and made them using the allspark and some other means . In animated, they had Mother borgs. Gobots were just brains in robots. If made new ones, they either built them or they made Frankenstein monsters from other bots’s Brains or brain genetic material or brains themselves. No sexual or asexual reproduction because they really couldn’t transfer genetic materials like DNA.
