But at the expense of a whole other planet and all it's native life. That makes him bad, that makes him Decepticon.
Mine is with the 'Cons. My collection is organised by what scale the figures are in. The Cons in that part of my collection needs all the support it can get:

Yep, Chaotic is part of it. Neutral allows him to do it at the expense of another species. Well that's the chaotic part. He -was- working to restore Cybertron, but I don't disagree with you.
