Woot woot!

I now have Legends Whirl and Tankor. Still waiting for Nightbeat though, which was shipped November 22nd, before I bought all of these (a month later). Has it ever taken over a month and a half for any of you to get the item?




In case anyone is curious, here is a comparison between the Takara and Hasbro Tankor which I both got from Lena.

My Generations Voyager Whirl arrived the other day taking approx. a week and a half, so I would definitely contact Lena regarding your other bits?

I had previously picked a MISB via Kapow Toys of Whirl which is still sitting in my pile of stuff to open, so he will remain boxed in storage until whenever!

Time to weapon up!

My Masterpiece cassettes took forever to get here, it was over a month before I recived them so , some of his stuff does take a while.

Exosuit arrived this morning, havnt had time to take any photos but he is very nice, I ordered the "A" version, the lisitng stated that paint apps were not perfect but he looks just fine to me.

Not sure if it was coincidence or not but I noticed the Ebay auctions for Lenas loose Exosuits peak a little higher afer the announcement of the Dr Wu 'New Partners' replacement Spike and Daniel heads?

I noticed that too Mel, I got mine for around £8, but some went for about £6, that was before the Dr upgrade was announced, cant manage to get one now for under a tenner.

yeah, i got my second exo-suit after the announcement. i got him the other day and he has a small gouge in the pelvis. aint for for what i paid though.

I see prices in Canadien dollars so its even more than that. Its nuts, I dont get it. And its not the only one. Sure, nothing is as crazy, but you still have all of these. And I dont get it, he's only 45$ on BBTS (plus shipping).
And its not like there is only one, there are a bunch of listings, if one doesnt work out go for another. These prices are right next to the ones that got away for 10$ US, its insane.

s'gotta just be silly people that put in their first bid, nice and high and leave it cause they cant watch it or are too lazy. and bidder #2 comes along with the same mentality. boom, high price.

way back in the day i was looking for a botcon cyclonus (BM jetstorm repaint) which MISB sold for over 150 at the time. i was bidding on a loose one, which i lost, for like 250! i thought id put in a crazy high bid to guarantee the win, but my competition was apparently crazier.

Oh I see. So the buyer sees a bunch go for max 40$, and thinks that its not too bad (still less than online retail and no shipping fee). And he doesnt want to keep doing this so he just puts a high bid to make sure he gets it and isnt beaten by a small figure (41.50$). But since we cant see the highest big, it looks low like any other so yes if someone else thinks the same way he ends up matching all those high bids. Thanks for that logic, Shajaki, I had not seen it that way.

But still, I dont get why he doesnt just put 10$ above the highest price sold so far (something easily found on e-bay) and just leave it at that.

Also, I really hope Lena gets a hold of a few of the upcoming legends figures like Arcee, Chromia, and Brainstorm soon. From the way it looks, it doesnt seem like canada will be getting any of those anytime soon.

Hey fellas! Remember those dark days when we thought Lena was gone because the listings only showed up on Explorer for some reason ? Well, Lena is still around but with the past few weeks, it feels like he/she doesnt have much stuff. I am really hoping better stuff comes along because now this just always the same boring products over and over and over...

I think the recent releases being made in Vietnam are the reason his listings have dried up of late, it's no coincidence that he hasn't had Jetfire or any Combiner Wars figures listed. We may still see some Takara Arcee Chromia and Wingblades (fingers crossed).

I will answer myself: Yes, the RID figures are also made in vietnam. So nothing coming out this year aside from probable masterpieces (and even thats a maybe) are manufactured in china.

to y'all having trouble finding lena, why not just log in to ebay, search lenas store, and save the search? my saved searches (viewed on my mobile) are a godsend. i dont miss nuthin

in the search bar type seller:lena81822 . hit the lil star at the top of your results, and it will add em to your favorites. you wont miss anything lena lists!

*note: whenever you do this, make sure you refine your search before you save it ie: worldwide search, preferred condition, ect*

Having a lot of difficulty doing this correctly. Are you doing this from the e-bay mobile app? Because I dont see a star after the results and when I try chrome there are no results for Lena.

sorry, i was talking about the the ebay app (and i use an iphone). hopefully if you dont use an iphone, this still helps.

when in your search results, there should be a lil star at the top. tap dat.



once saved, go to saved searches and there itll be. if theres new stuff, youll have a blue bullet.

Thanks for your details Shajaki, but sadly the e-bay app doesnt work that way on my android phone. Thanks for the effort though!

well dangit. i went through a similar thing with the wife and her android app. lets try one more thing:

bring up a listing, and scroll down to the additional info.



hit the tab with the sellers name.



whilst in their thingy, go items for sale.



now, on my phone, that action counts as a search. go back to your searches.



hopefully, that action will show up in your recent searches, thus showing how your phone specifically translates the search. then from there maybe you can get it saved/favorited.
