Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

As some of people remember, last year I was involved in a work related accident. Due to the accident, I fractured my Talus, the ankle bone.
The bone fractured in two spots, splitting it in half with one fracture and causing a chunk to break off on the top/front part towards the toes with the other.
Through 2007, I have gone through therapy and have followed doctor orders to just wait for the fractures to heal naturally. The fracture that split the bone in half has healed, but the other has not.
So last week, my doctor recommended surgery to fix this. She also felt that she was inadequately experienced in performing the type of surgery my ankle required, so she referred me to Meriter Hospital.
Up to this point, Broadspire, the insurance company for my former employer, Fedex Ground, has paid for everything. I have never received a bill for anything.
Now today happens. I received a call from Meriter Hospital saying that my Workmans Compensation claim for the surgery has not been approved. So they are trying to make me pay for a surgery that will likely be many 10's of thousands of dollars.
I've contacted the insurance company and my claim adjuster was not at her officer (imagine that), so I had to leave a voicemail. I've also contacted an attorney.
More stress in my life I don't need. I was also forced to resign last week from a security job I had for 3 months after leaving Fedex. Plus I'm out of financial aid for college. So all the while I'm trying to get a surgery done, fight an insurance company, and find a job, I'm also looking for a way to finance my last year of college with absolutely no help from anyone (my whole family is poor).
So that's where I am at in my life. Surgery is this Thursday. Rehab will be 3-5 months. So with the surgery done, I won't be able to walk on my 1 foot for at least 3 months. Which in turn, limits my options for jobs, which limit my options for funding school.
All in all, my life really F#cking sucks right now.
