A Battle of all Megatrons! i think that the unicron trilogy Megatron would be out first, cuz he never really did anything except for get killed by Optimus in Cybertron. then G1 Megatron would be next. not that hes weak, i just think that Beast Wars and Movie Megatron would team up on him then Movie Megatron kills Beast Wars Megatron (Because of his long-ass sword) while Animated Megatron sits back and waits, then comes in for the kill. Who do you think would win?

If he were the same size as the rest of them I'd take Beast Wars Megatron, on the grounds that he was one smart purple dinosaur. On the Ark at the end of Season 2 he was able to overdrive his weapon to the point where he essentially killed or at least damaged enough to kill G1 Optimus Prime. But the Beast Wars gang were smaller than the 'regular' Transformer size, so based only on his size (sorry Master Yoda) I don't think BW Megatron would beat these other guys.

That being said, I vote for G1 Megatron. He can draw power from black holes through his fusion cannon, which is more than the other listed Megatrons can do, and so in a pinch, that ability beats out whatever the other ones are supposedly able to do.
I didn't see much Animated, so I can't really say.

Cybertron and the movies, Megatron basically stood around and then once in a while took a punch or a laserblast.

Movie Megatron was beaten by a human, BW Megatron was captured by the Maximals. A/E/C Megatron was just kind of there.

Say whatever you want, G1 Megatron took Prime on directly, and say whatever you want about Hot Rod's interference. G1 Megatron was still alive enough to be reformatted. Hence, he is the King of all Megatrons.

He can do that!? I thought he needed like some super special machine to charge him up to do that! But Animated Megatron survived an explosion (At point blank if I may add, if thats possible with an explosion) designed to take out a whole city and still didnt die right after when Optimus started pounding him with a 50 ton hammer.

Yes he can. Somehow (becuase I don;t remember if it's ever been exactly detailed as to how) he can link up inter-dimensionally with a black hole and channel its power through his cannon.
City leveling explosions and heavy hammers are nice, and it's cute that Animated Megatron survived that, but linking up with a black hole, which is gravitationally strong enough to rip apart a planet? I think G1's got the tougher stuff right there. Plus, if you look over the entirety of G1 Megatrons' battles, including comics and stuff, he took on Devastator in AHM and not only lived but looked like he wasn't having too much trouble, basically stared Unicron down in the original movie and then after his reformatting was always looking for a moment to do away with Unicron, fought Shockwave a handful of times in the original comic, although, I think he lost most of those he never was killed, and lives moment to moment essentially looking over his shoulder to be sure that the universes' largest gang of psychos and butt kickers don't try to depose him. G1 MEgatron was also a champion gladiator according to the MEgatron ORigin comics.
Now, I know that's mixing a lot of stuff together to make a G1 Megatron composite, but still. If he can utilize the force of a black hole, he could withstand a city sized explosion.

I'd say Beast Wars. I'm severely biased towards anything in the Beast Wars, but let's face it, he probably had a better winning streak than any others. He even conquered Cybertron with less resistance than his namesake.

Movie Megs is a monster, plain and simple, but he hasn't demonstrated the level of intelligence that BW or Animated has shown. G1 really wasn't as smart either i don't think, and Animated Megatron also had a fusion cannon so he wouldn't be able to just overpower him. I think Movie Megs uses a Fusion Cannon also, so it would be a battle of wits.

Beast Wars (or Beast Machines) Megatron however could body switch. If in his Optimal Optimus form, he's the strongest Transformer there is, and he'd be closer to the size of the others. He says so himself, and he blows up skyscrapers in "Endgame". Also the TM2 form could do a lot, it's Transmetal for Primus's sake. That's gotta count for something. He'd probably wind up possessing Unicron Trilogy Megatron too, since he doesn't seem tough enough to resist.

Well, there's my two cents and my obsession for the Beast Wars. Why isn't RiD Megs here? He didn't do much, but as Galvatron he could easily hold back every single Autobot. And he had like six alt modes. He's cool.

Dead. Naw, I just forgot about him when I was making the topic. Besides, I only saw 1 episode of RID, I hated it and never watched it again. Well, I saw 1 and 1/2 episodes.

If BW Megatron was the same size as the others, he'd take it for sure. He had more brains than the others put together. If not, I'd give it to Megatron from the 2007 movie. Yeah, he got beat by getting the Cube shoved in his chest. But until then, he was bitch slapping Optimus and all the other Autobots while taking full attack from the military and chasing after Sam at the same time.And don't forget, when he woke up, he just started trashing everything. If there was no Cube involved, he'd just trash all the other Megatrons. It would be a lengthy battle, but he'd eventually win.

G1 kills the rest with the black hole weapon.
