hmmm. a good question.

Now i assume we're talkin 90's(current?) ghostrider with the armored bike, and cool chain, vs current iron man. And in a situation where innocent people wont be an issue.

Now the pennance stare would reak havok and own iron man. If he could get close enough, threw the repulsor blast barrage.

Now will the stare work thew an ironman armor?

Now given enough time to design a specific armor for fighting him Stark wins, If GR can land a penance stare, starkrealizes all the dunk stuff he did and crumbles mentally.

Now keep in mind I am a huge Iron Man fan, but unless he can blow GR into oblivion with his technology, Gr wins with penance stare
