I sent them an email in October of 2005 to ask them if the Universe Seacons set would ever be released. They never got back to me, and eventually I forgot I even sent the email.
Today, I check my inbox and there's a message from Hasbro Consumer Affairs.

The original email was sent 10/19/2005 at 06:28 PM, they got it on 05/16/2007 at 11:45 AM. ...and that was just to receive my email, now imagine how long it'll take for them to answer me!
Kidding aside, they did answer one of my inquiries about the Seacons awhile back - and hopefully the reps will give us an update at Botcon in between all the movie stuff because waiting for this set to come out is painful enough without having to make me wait years between updates.
