I'm looking for the identity to a particular transformer toy I purchased in Singapore, about 10-15 years ago. It's extremely unique - when transformed, it's a 3 headed hydra with wings. The toy was a special release transformer which had some sort of triggering mechanism on his chest that would create sparks, very similar to the way a lighter's gear works. It was gray in color, and was a decepticon. I believe it was purchased about the time the headmasters series was popular.
Does anyone recall this transformer? Much appreciated.
Help! I cant figure out which transformer I had..

Hmm I'm not very good with post movie transformers... Try checking tfu.info for 1987, that's when headmasters was made.
This is something I found that sort of meets the description:

or this one

No, it'll be one of those sparkabots.
That said, I cant find any with 3 heads. If it is one of those, it'll probably be HERE.

As already pointed out,
It Might be Doublecross. Not a Decepticon nor a three headed Hydra, but 15 years of life can fade a memory:

I had/have somewhere Grotusque

Nor does it have any kinda sparking feature. No it is either epic fail, or the origanal guy's discription is epic fail.

I thought the only gimmick they had was they were Autobots who were more than a little decepticon like in apearence and attitude.

No, I recall my Flying Hamster being able to shoot sparks out of his mouth by pushing the button on the top of his head. And his jaw moved up and down too. Pretty cool figure really, left him in monster mode most of the time.

Yes, both the Sparkabot/Firecon and Monsterbot groups has spark features, but each had a different way of activating it. With the Sparkabots/Firecons, you just needed to roll them along a smooth surface while for the Monsterbots you pressed a button to make them "breathe fire". In Doublecross' case, the fire came from his beast mode chest, since the heads become the robot's arms

Thanks guys.
While I thought my memory was very accurate regarding the three heads, if indeed doublecross has the spark feature he must be what I was thinking of. As mentioned, 15 years really does give the mind some time to delude itself..hehe.

They all sparked. Wait, allsparked? Isn't that the thing in the movie?
