It is not a Transformer. I believe it is a Power Ranger toy.

Wight Tiger thunderzord
Mighty Morphing Power Rangers
Seasons 1, 2 & possibly 3
driven by Tommy / White Ranger

Transforms from Tiger mode to robot mode, with a third mode when combined with the other Thunderzords.

You have a nice figure there. Got one myself, wonderful figure. Not an official TF but I used to use it when i was a kid for the Beast era. Keep hold of that, or at least one.

You actually have the modes done wrong, if you didn't know this just ask & I'll tell you how to do it properly.

I have not idea what the market is like for Power Ranger toys these days. I know there is still a following a number of people around here are fans.

Good price.
Now, tiger mode, the head's supposed to be pushed down, the right hand leg (from this photo) needs to be pushed in and the front legs need straightening.

To transform it you pull the head up, straighten the front legs into arms, fold back the claws to reveal hands, unclip the back legs & pull them back, clicking them into place, fold the whole thing in half at the waist & you're practically done.
Now, one thing you've got wrong in the picture & is quite difficult to explain, you have to take the little black hind legs, fold up the feet, pull them down, fold them under & push them into place so the actual tiger feet are flat on the floor at the back of the robot feet. Hopefully that makes sense. I'll see if i can get pictures.

But seriosuly, really good price.

Yep white tiger thunder zord and alone it is not worth much but if you had the thunder megazord as well it be worth a whole lot more. Because they combine to form somesort of super zord.
