They sold me a Megatron that broke when I transformed him, wanted to return it, called them, e mailed them, and by 1 week was over they haven't responded AT ALL.

1.) You may return for a full refund (shipping is NOT refundable)
any item(s)
-that you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

Bonger wrote:Though Autobot032 wan't too gentle about it, he is right. Broken toys are the mnaufacturers probe. You only recourse is to return it to Takara and they will send you a toy of equal vaue, not necesarily the same one.
The same goes for Hasbro and most ty stores. I think in the US, we are realy spolied by the big department stores.
Anywho, post some pics. Maybe we can help you fix it since I'm sure a lot of us have assembled a G1 Megs from junk pieces.

I wasn't yelling at you dude. I was just letting you know.
There must 3 or 4 threads about encores on the first 2 pages of this section, look around before you post. Now who's the idiot, new-guy?

That's not Digital Toys's fault. That's your's.
You opened him (automatically voids the return process.)
You broke him during transformation (automatically voids the return process.)
They are in no way responsible, nor is it up to them to correct a problem *you* created.
If I was running the store, I wouldn't be answering any of your emails, phone calls, whatever.
It's plain to see, right in their F.A.Q. located at: http://www.digital-toys.com/information.htmlDigital Toys wrote:Frequently Asked Questions Section #3 : Return Policy

UNOPENED CONDITION! You opened it. Therefore, it no longer has the unopened condition.
You broke it during transformation (or it broke during) either way, that's after *you* opened it, which no longer gives it the unopened condition.
Digital Toys is not at all responsible to assist you in this. You can't hold them responsible or accountable for what you've done.
Does their return policy suck? Yep, but all the stores (BBTS included) do it. Plus these are collectible items, once opened...the value just plummets through the floor. It's like driving a car off of the car lot and it's already been depreciated by driving it.
Sorry to be cruel about it, but this is how it is.

Wrong.
The little tab connecting the upper chest to the torso was BROKEN when I opened it. Obviously in shipping there was pressure applied to the tab and it eventually broke off in shipping.
Eradicator wrote:...umm...how the hell could I have known the little tap INSIDE his chest was broken? Invent x ray goggles?

That's strike two, Retardicon.
He meant opening it up, like loading it on his browser (FireFox or Internet Explorer), not creating it, like you did.
Your reading comprehension level is incredibly low. Where is your education? Oh...with the rest of your common sense. In the garbage.
