Usually a heart to heart talk after a good repoire has been established will work better than arguing, whining, complaining, or locking him out of the room.
If you look at what is motivating him, it is attention-seeing behavior. Fulfill his need and the behavior will decrease.

That's like the second time I've heard somebody say that their Ironhide was broken.
How fragile are those things?
Anyway, little kids really aren't that bad. Even if they can be super annoying, I love them anyway.
Like when my little sisters (they're twins) were 3 they got into my room and broke all of my figurines, including a cyrstal swan that I had bought with my own money.
(It had been 16$ and that's a lot of money when you're an 11 year old.)
Before that when my brother was younger, he broke my favorite Easter Bunny snowglobe.
All these things ticked me off at the time, but I got over it. And just remember that you're not going to be there forever.
Just go have a serious talk with your aunt and uncle about it.

Strap on a pair. Ignore him. Put locks on your door and/or collection cabinet. Tell his parents what he's doing/tell them to, well, give him some freakin' parenting. If the kid is pissing you off and damaging your stuff, it's not your fault. I'd say it's his parents' fault for not disciplining him/teaching him about respect, but hey, what do I know.
