I display mine predominantly in robot mode. I have OCD, so my displays are all measured out and displayed largest at the back and so forth. At the end of the day, you're the one that has to maintain and look at them, so the only piece of advice I can offer is don't listen to any. Display them how you want to

lol For a moment I was wondering when I posted that! It is like you were channelling me!

Alt modes take up too much room and I prefer bot mode, even for my beloved beast era figures. I even try to group the beast era toys together according to their respective shows, though all Maximals are on one shelf and all Preds on another.

Almost all my TF's are in bot mode, except for those high-end ones with realistic and/or super nice alt modes.

The ones I currently have in alt mode are MP G1 repaint Starscream, Alternity Convoy (black) and Alternity Megatron, and HA Barricade.

mine is mostly in robot mode. doubles i dont want and still keep are in vehicle mode and the DOTM legacy Prime from walmart is in vehicle mode. also minicons are in vehicle mode. its a pain in the ass trying to stand them all up.

Every 1 of my displayed figures is in robot mode, with the exception of Cybertron Primus, RoTF Twins, and TFP Deluxe Optimus, with the DotM deluxe trailer hooked up to him. (Looks perfect, much more in scale than the DotM tractor.)

Most of mine are bot mode. combiners are usually combined. largest in the back and work to smaller ones in the front.

1 shelf for mixed larger voyagers & ez devastator
1 shelf for movie autobots
1 shelf for movie decepts
1 shelf for prime mixed auto/decept
1 shelf for original G1 figures

will be installng remote dimmer LED lighting this weekend.

99% robot mode. I only have a (very) small handful of figures in vehicle mode.

Personally, It depends on my mood and spare time. Most of the time, I display the autobots and decepticons separately in robot mode. I may make special displays (wreckers display, cartoon based bots, game based bots etc.) But It really does depend on my mood.

They are in Bot mode unless they have too ugly of a bot mode.

This for me. Most of them are robots, but a few are in alternate mode, depending on how they look.

Mine are in Bot, but does everyone have them just standing there? I spend loads of time finding a pose that suits them both in terms of Figure limatations(IE Armada Overloard recolour Ultra Magnus, cant do squat with him!) and Character(IE Prime Wheeljack got him looking like he is running all ninja style!)
