Chaoslock wrote:I like the series, but it's too damn long. I mean... just how long does the series' place in the timeline is? Three years? Add the cartoon Clone Wars to it, and the novel stuff, and it is more crammed three years than any EU period.
Chaoslock wrote:Plus, I don't like how mainstream characters are forced into the episodes. Can't there be more episodes without Rex/Padmé/Anakin/Ahsoka/Obi-Wan?
Chaoslock wrote:Mara's death was sad, but I didn't feel it as forced.

Chaoslock wrote:I'm half asleep now, but.... was the latest episode real?
I mean... the episode was about mandalorian kids getting their Ice Tea vendors watered up with poison that was brought in with spaceships and the smugglers bribing their way in. And the cause of this is not to poison the kids, but to take their lunch money... Wait, what?
I don't understand the episode financially, either the kids must be millioners for this to work, or the cost of interplanetary travel must be dirt cheap.
Also, I hate how the planet Mandalore is depicted in Clone Wars... *sigh* Lucas better step down and give the directors' seat to the EU novel writers (although I'd prefer Timothy Zahn, but any one of them would write better stories than Lucas)

I still can't understand why there is such a feeling of awesomeness and fan love for Cad Bane.
He is a terrible bounty hunter and a moron.

Well, so was Boba Fett. If you pay attention, Boba Fett never actually did anything in the movies.
Skyfire77 wrote:Well, he did figure out Han's trick, and tipped off the Empire to be at Bespin before the Falcon showed up.
Mostly though, Boba's rep was made in the Christmas Special. That and the whole "No disintegrations!" warning from Vader.
