It's a flying car. That's like claiming I'm a Transformer, since I have 2 modes- Awake and asleep, one which involves me in pyjamas, and closing my eyes, and the other involves opening my eyes and being awake, and wearing clothing. Calling Tracks a Triplechanger is akin to calling George W a competant world leader. IT'S WRONG!

Come on, my logic is not that flawed! Car using car engine= regular car. Car with wings using jet engine= jet car! It's not the same! And yeah, I'm thinking in terms of human technology...which is kinda what the Transfomers employ...

Triple changers are figures that need to be transformed into their third mode, a mode that does not resemble either of their other modes (robot and alt modes).

Tracks has flip out wings, that are not part of a transformation, they are simply add ons to a pre-existing alt mode.

In the Animated Movie, Hotrod alters his robot mode to give himself a circular saw, instead of a hand. It does not make Hotrod a Triple Changer.

Hot Rod's saw is simply a gadget. It does not give him a new mode. I understand that Tracks does not have a distinctive third mode, because his car form itself does not change. If everyone saw his flying mode as a third mode, he'd obviously have triple-changer status. And I'm not saying I'd lump him in with Springer, Astrotrain, or Blitzwing. I'm just saying that he is a little more than a flying car.

But is he?

No matter what engine he is carrying around on him, even if he had 2 separate engines, he is still only a car with flight capabilities.

Yeah, he is a flying car. But I still stand by my reasoning that he is also something of a jet, simply due to the engine and the wings. But after a few shifts of his panels....poof! He would be a triple-changer.

In fact, if he were a true triple-changer, he should be a yacht or a golf-cart, because the way he talks, he would belong with the elitist fat cats.

By the reasoning that the car has a jet engine in it makes it a jet, would that also mean Thrust 2 and Thrust SSC are both jets? They have jet engines in them, they have rear stabaliser rudders, yet both are classed as cars.

Or what about jet powered boats?

Tracks is simply a car with wings that has a method of propulsion beyond human science to comprehend.

For all we know, maybe he just eats alot of beans before a flight.
