First of all, I'm surprised a company with such a sizable contract with Hasbro is selling counterfeits of their intellectual property.

Other than that, the KO is a fairly low-quality Superion in (mostly) G1-accurate colors. Known as a "Changeable Robot Fighter Plane" and produced by MegaToys of Los Angeles, this set includes most of the combiner pieces, but lacks the right foot and left fist of Superion, as well as any faction symbols and many other stickers. The handguns of the individual jets are gone, despite being included in the instructions on the back of the box.

This gives the figure an odd lurch when transformed. Skydive's arm fell off during the transformation, as did Fireflight's tail.

The most notable aspect of these combiners, however, is that they include nutrition facts on the box.

Yes, nutrition facts. Rather than a warning of potential choking hazards or even an idiotic "Do not eat" disclaimer, this set includes nutrition facts and ingredients for the robots in question, as if to appease calorie-counting children who are concerned about the fat content of the toys they swallow and choke on.

Based on the ingredients (which exclaim an uncertain "MAY CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:"), the main ingredients of Superion are sugar, hydrogenated coconut oil, and hydrogenated palm kernel oil. In addition, it notes that Superion is made on equipment that also processes nuts.

Warning: Seibetron is made on equipment that also processes nuts.

The Silverbolt figure is decent, although the others are fragile trash.

All in all, an interesting set.

theres are pretty old actualy, and have been around for a very long time. as for selling them, well hasbro doesnt own exclusive rights to the molds anymore i dont think. hell, idk if the oriional molds are even still usable. a lot of the g1 molds have been lost or damaged.

its no surprise that ko figures get released, whats surprising is that some come with the tf fation symbols and get away with it. even more surprising is that peeps are makeing cheep ko of prime swoop, and the cassettes, and people are paying out the ass for them. which is utterly wrong.

i buy bootlegs too, but because they are cheap, and i can playwiht them without giving 2 shits if theybreak, and/or use them for parts.

when a ko costs more then a played with g1, thats were someones gotta draw a line
