quick update from my rounds yesterday.

Toys r us on 14 in crystal lake has 25th prime, magnus, all exclusives and other common stuff.
Target on 14 nada.
Wal-Mart on 31 nada.
Super Target on Randall has new exclusives and 25th.
Wal-Mart on Randall nada.
Toys R Us on Randall has new activators (Grimlock and Megs) and DCUC wave 4.
RM Wal-Mart has DCUC wave 5 hidden on a top shelf over paint. Nothing Transformers.
Higgens Target had 1 UM on tues.

Welcome aboard. The Higgins Target and the ones on Randall had about the same stock today when I cruised through.

Hey Chris! It was great meeting you at the Kane County toyfair. It means a lot to me that you stopped by to say hello to all of us Seibertronians here.

I haven't really seen anything new at stores lately. I do have the wave 4 legends figures on the way from BBTS (Beachcomber, Animated Starscream, etc) as well as the next wave of Robot Heroes (Perceptor, "Bomb"shell, etc).

I've been working on a big project for Seibertron.com during the past couple of weeks but I hope to launch this new feature soon so that I can return to working on the galleries.

I stopped by the Target in Hoffman Estates yesterday and they had two of the new screen battles packs (both of them) and comic packs (also both of them). They also had at least six of the new Ratchet and Lockdown repaints and a few of the DVD Prime sets as well as the usual assortment on the aisles.

God it was bad friday, couldn't even move around in toys. Anyway all we put out tf related was the G1 Prime sets, a space for screen battle packs, the animated packs, and the comic packs.

I found the Universe wave 4 figures at the Bollingbrook Walmart. Working on the galleries tonight.

Legends Starscream was at the Rolling Meadows Walmart.

The Cyclonus face looks so much better after I took a metallic silver sharpie to it.

Walmart in Orland Hills Illinois got the following:

Universe 2.0

Cyclonus (4), Hound (4), Starscream G1(2), Ironhide (5), Sunstreaker (6), Silverstreak (4), Galvatron (3), Tankor (2), Sideswipe (3), Prowl (5), Silverbolt (2), Overload/haul not sure of name (3), Cheetor (2), Beachcomber (6). BB (4), Brawn (4)

Animated

Pretty much all of the previous wave releases with the new Activators Lockdown, Megatron, Ratchet, Starscream. Not sure of quantity as this was most of the TF section.

Legacy of BB pack, I think there were 5 left.

Walmart TF Animated board game a whole end cap of those on sale for 15.88.

Target in Orland Park, IL. had the comic two packs, a good amount, but nothing new that I noticed.

Kmart in Tinley Park had the exclusive minicon 12 packs. A good amount of those. Nothing else worth mentioning.

I saw Universe Cheetor and there is only one left. I found him at the Walmart on 83. I think thats in Elmhurst or villa park. They had alot of universe Treadbolt

I picked up a Universe Hound and Cyclonus today at the Carpentersville TRU. They had one left of each along with two Cheetors as well as 2 of each WW Prowl and Grimlock.

Found a "Battle in Space" 2-pack (deluxe Prowl and Megatron) at the Carpentersville Wal-Mart. Haven't seen that one before. I bought the only one.

well another fruitless hunt for me. I visited the golf mill target and it looked worse than Wal-mart and that's saying something. I know that target is a busy one but this was the worst toy section I've ever seen. Bakugun everywhere on the floor and scattered throughout. I managed to find a cheetor but I couldn't find Hound or Cyclonus anywhere. I couldn't find any backroom locations either and I didn't even bother looking for a team member cause there were none around. I played scavenger hunt for about 10 mins and found a bunch of tfs but none of what I wanted. I'll just wait til this weekend and try to find em at my target. That target need serious help. Ok rant over!

Bakugan is everywhere because it's not selling. The assorted Japanese anime-based games seem to be falling out of favor (finally...Pokemon is the DEVIL) with kids as newer American cartoons make the rounds like Ben 10, etc. On that note...Total Drama Island is the best cartoon ever.

Walmart on 53 in bolingbrook has had the same stock since the day after x-mas 2 Ironhide and a sideswipe from Universe, soundwave from animated and 1 blades. The Tru on 75th in bollingbrook has 1 ton of mudflap, 25th prime, a small selection of animated.

Naperville target, tru, and walmart have a problem with updating the stock as well.

I had better luck today! Roadbuster/Dirge in abundance at Target on north ave in St. Charles, also freeway battle no universe delux
Tru in St.Chas Unicron, 25th prime, tons of jetstorm and animated, also 1 delux brawl.
Walmart in St.chas has 6 cheetor, 2 hound 1 cyclonis. Got my cyclonis and 2 starscreams lol!

dropped by the walmart in mount prospect on my way home from work. I picked up voyager grimmy he's a pretty sweet figure btw, also a rather funny sight; an energon starscreme slid into a movie thundercracker box. I didn't think the wal-mart people were that stupid to let that one slide! Also stopped by the arlington heights target found nothing but they had all the holiday tf packs 30% off they also had 25th prime on sale as well.

The Niles Walmart on Touhy had the latest wave of Robot Heroes (Perceptor, Sharkticon, etc) as well as the latest wave of deluxe Animated figures (Blurr, Swindle, etc).

FYI: The Mount Prospect Walmart is closing on January 31st to be remodeled into a new state of the art Walmart. When you walk into the store, they have a picture of what it will look like. Won't re-open until 6 to 9 months from now.
