Mixmaster came today from HTS. He's interesting. Still waiting on The Fallen to land on the doorstep, and I went ahead and shipped my HA BB after watching the reviews.
I'm with alh77 on winding down after Arcee, Jetfire and a couple others.
I did get tickets for the advance screening at midnight on Tuesday the 23. :D

Hi everyone! Located in Kokomo here. Been a visiting guest for awhile now and finally joined this morning.

The Kokomo Wal_mart put out an aisle display with the newest ROTF figures, like Ravage, the Twins, Wheelie, Mixmaster, Fallen, etc. Plenty of all of them. I noticed most posts on here ordered these guys, so it's probably no big deal, but for anyone who takes a peek in, hopefully this will help!

I got HA Bumblebee yesterday from HTS. The packaging is really nice, I almost don't want to open it, but I probably will.

WM on SR 46 has waves 2 and 3 deluxes as well as Voyagers.

Welcome Paul! Always nice to have another collector on board.

As far as the movie figures which ones have you gotten so far and what do you think of the line overall?

Thanks for the welcome! It's nice to go somewhere where you know others feel the same or as close as you do. lol

I have Scout: Depthcharge, Rollbar, KnockOut, Dead End, and Dirt Boss.
Del: Soundwave, Ravage, Sideways, Sideswipe, Skids, Mudflap, Wheelie, & Rampage.
Voy: Prime (repaint cause I never got one from the 1st movie), Fallen, Demolisher, & Starscream.
And Leader Megs.

I've been busy collecting the line as best I can with a Mrs, family, house etc. lol I like the line slightly more than the 1st. A little more articulation and details as well as I appreciate the art of having a vehicle that is a real world vehicle, but the robot mode can look completely non-vehicular, like Wheelie looks nothing like an RC Truck. I've also found some of the figures to have some difficulty which makes me feel good, like I have a challenge and my moneys worth. But, they are easily detachable in the limb-department. I suppose I'd rather have tat which is easily retachable than the older broken limbs that I used to own.

So thanks again for the welcome and I hope that anything I find around me can be helpful to anyone who browses the board.

I did a toy run yesterday: WM south and K-mart had nothing new,TRU still the same old (including a bunch of the Whirl/Bludgeon set).

Target Glenbrook had the new Titaniums and Superion set.

WM on Dupont has all the new voyagers including Mixmaster, The Fallen, Megs(which I picked up), and Ratchet on an endcap . All the new dlxs including Mudflap, Barricade, Ravage, Smokescreen, Brawl, Skids, Chromia, Wheelie were out in good numbers. I passed on the Barricade and Smokescreen, the new repaint and gimmicks aren't enough for me to buy either one especially since they aren't in the movie.

Hoping HA Bumblebee is on the step when I get home tonight-

Movie premier at midnight tomorrow!

Just thought I'd pass along that I picked up Mixmaster this morning from the Kokomo Wal-Mart and it rang up $18 even as apposed to the $21.96 or whatever Voyagers usually are. There was no sign of a sale price on the shelves or display but my receipt did show a price drop saving of almost $4.

WM on Coldwater has the exclusives Ramjet and Skywarp (passed on both) along with a center aisle display of the new deluxes including Cannon BB. They are also having the sale that Paul spoke of with deluxe and voyagers on sale and the BB helmet and blaster as well.

My HA BB came yesterday from BBTS and you were right about the packaging- it's almost too nice to open.

On another note, has anyone else seen the movie yet? Just curious what your thoughts were on it.

I opened him up this week, really nice figure and the transformation isn't too complex. You won't regret tearing into it.

I saw the movie Tuesday night. I am bummed by some of the plot holes, like why didn't Soundwave ever come to Earth and fight, where's Barricade, and why if they designed so many toys were there mutliple constructicons in the final battle scene?! Overall, my boys and I enjoyed it. The score is an exceptional accompaniment to a good movie. What were your thoughts?

After seeing it Tuesday as well my first thoughts were that it was a very enjoyable movie and it entertained me as it was meant to do. You can get nitpicky about alot of things but I have to say the brief treatment of alot of the characters bummed me out. After all the hype about how the robots had much bigger roles (which was the same handful as before with Skids and Mudflap thrown in) I was surprised about the little screentime they received.
Soundwave's non- transformation was a surprise to me too- the toy is so cool and no robot mode for him? I thought they should of used the voice box too-like in G1, but hey, you can't have everything. I also thought Devastator and The Fallen both got taken out a little too easily. All in all, the new characters were great IMO. :APPLAUSE:

I do intend to see it again since it's impossible to see everything going on in some of those fight scenes the first time around.

I'd love to be able to see it one more time at a theater for the full on experience, but at $7.75 per ticket, a Mrs. and finally 3-4 kids of mine out of 5 to take, that gets costly! lol May just have to wait for the DVD and watch it on my 40" tv LOL

Oh on Wednesday, the Kokomo Wal-Mart had what appeared to be one Stratusphere and I picked it up on their sale. Even though I got him, it must mean that he will be arriving in town again soon. Not sure what I think of Chromia after picking her up yesterday with CC BB. I'm not even sure I have her properly back in cycle mode for display! So far, all that leaves me left of what's locally available is Ironhide and Rachet, Breakaway, Brawl, and Smokescreen, and Leader Prime.

I finally got mine out. What a nice figure- I'm really anxious for Sideswipe and Skids now. I've always been a big binaltech-alternators fan, so this larger scale is great IMO. I certainly don't mind paying the few extra bucks for the detail.
I have Sam standing in his hand, I don't like the seat on the arm thing.

I have my eye out for Jetfire currently, but nothing so far.

Other than that I'm waiting for the Devastator set from BBTS to ship.

I also preordered Jetfire off Amazon. Shipping is free and the price was $44.99. Supposedly he ships July 1.

I don't know if this is old news or anything, but I just bought ROTF Leader Prime for $34.99 at the Kokomo Meijer. They also had deluxes at 9.99 and Voyagers at 19.99. Just thought I'd pass it along!

I bought the Cannon BB last week. I like him but I feel he lacks some details that don't seem too hard to me to add. My sons FAB BB has the front grill that slide down but not on this BB. Arms are easier to maneuver and the waist down is predominantly the same as the first movie. Hope that was some help!

I also got notice yesterday that Supreme Devastator shipped- he should arrive Friday.
