Revoltech, are highly detailed, articulate and poseable figures. Way ahead of the old PVC figures. as of yet only a few moulds exist. Prime, Ultra Magnus, and Megatron. They look nice, but I'm not really into non transforming transformers figures, regardless of how poseable they are.
20th Anniversary Optimus Prime Classic Figure - English Edition - Is this released yet? This thing looks bomb, anyone have comments/info on it?
Yes there are a few "American" versions. You can get these though Hasbro Toy Shop, and Amazon, or some other online retailer. Its a Real cool figure. Diecast metal, and highly detailed and articulate. The only problem with the American release is the color. Its not quite red, more like a bright Orangy color.
Transformers Classic Deluxe Starscream, Transformers Classic Deluxe: Rodimus Prime ect - What are these exactly? Are they worth collecting?
This is a Sub line of Transformers that debuted about September of last year. Its basically new renditions of G1 characters. The figures are nicely done, detailed, and articulate. Deluxe refers to their size. THe best toys form that line n my opinion are: Skywarp and Ultra Mangus 2 pack. Megatron. if you like the Gun mode. Jetfire, awesome figure. and AstroTrain. for Picture Galleries of all of them go here: http://www.seibertron.com/toys/index.php?f_series=39
Transformers G1 Soundwave - English Edition - Toys R Us Exclusive - OMG!!! Are there plans to release any more of these types of things? This is exactly what I want! Are these released yet?
Actually He's the last figure of of a series of G1 re-issues.
There is now a new line in the same vane, of G1 re-issues called Transformers Encore. They are basically re released toys. with some small modifications to comply with todays toy safety laws. They are real cool, if you where a child of the 80's and are looking for some nostalgia. These are hard to get now, and can be quite expensive. Ebay is the most likely source for this.
MP-03 Masterpiece Starscream, MP-01 Masterpiece Convoy ect - Drool, where can I get these? I see them at big bad toy store but they are all sold out? Any plans to get these back in stock or any other places to purchase?
These are Japanese productions, highly detailed. and very expensive. MP-01 Convoy is practically the same as 20th Anniversary Edition Prime. except for the orangy color. Starscream has not been released in the U.S. yet, however he has been confirmed as a Walmart Exclusive, in G1 accurate colors for the near future.
Based on the types of things Im interested in, any other types of toys I should look out for. Thanks In advance!
You might want to look for the Titanium lines, although at its end, there are some worthy figures that you might like. Warning though some of these are really low in QC, while others are almost works of art.

Another line also coming to its end are the Alternators. Highly accurate replicas of licensed vehicles. That can be almost mistaken by real scale model cars in alternate mode, and have highly detailed and poseable Robot modes. However as I said they have just recently ended. So whatever you can find now is the last thing there's gonna be. Galleries of these: http://www.seibertron.com/toys/index.ph ... type=exact

eXistance360 wrote:Few More Questions
Thanks to both of you, especially Overcracker, your format was easy to read and your awnsers where helpful. Based on your awnsers, a couple more quick questions
1. 20th Anniversary Prime is diecast? Any assembly required and it doesn't transform correct? I just trying to imagine it being Diecast. From what I understand thats like a Model Car correct?
No assembly, Hasbro believes all their figures should be pre-assembled at factory. So its ready to be used and transformed right out of the box. Thats the beauty of it, it does fully transform, into a very nice looking Truck.
2. Deluxe's are remakes of the originals? Go with the same as the Soundwave? Are all the Deluxe models from that link the same as the original g1 transformers or close to? Such as the Optimus, Starscream, Devestator, Skywarp, Ultra Magnus, ect?
Classics Deluxes are modern takes on G1 characters. They look like the G1 characters, but the actual figures are different from the 80's toys. The ones that are the 80's toys re-issued are the old Re-issue Line, and the new "Encore" line. The Toys R' US Soundwave is a Re-issue of the 80's figure (same original toy mold, with minor changes) only it comes in Classics Packaging, but its not from the Classics Line.
3. The MP series are not diecast are they? Also, Starscream is coming to walmart? do they have any time frame?
The MP series are Diecast. Which is Partly why they are so expensive. Diecast just means they have metal parts. However they can transform. as for Starscream, i believe they said sometime in 2008. maybe summer 2008
4. Not really into the Alternators, not sure about the Diecast as of now. Im really only interested in the G1 Transformers, never really liked anything later then that.
G1 re-issues (be it the old Re-isseu Line or the New Encore line) like their original 1980's counterparts have some diecast mostly the Chests.
Alternators, have the added benefit of representing G1 characters. The Alternators aren't Diecast, they are Plastic. The Japanese sister line called Binaltech are Diecast. And also Transform.
