Wow, great week for me. I am a big transfan, but I really don't have a lot of money to spend (nor the room) for a lot of toys, so I'm super-selective of my toys. Combined with a fear of buying online, and a lack of stores around me stocking teh ones I want, I don't get that many. In fact, I havn't bought one in 5 years. The last one I bought was the Ultra class Jetstorm from Beast Machines.
Anyway, I was getting my tux for my sister's wedding, when I had to wait for re-sizing, I hung out a TRU for a while. I like to pick up the Marvel Legends toys, so I checked. Whilst looking at transformers, and seeing ENDLESS amounts of Protofrom Starscream and Swindles and FABs, I looked at some of the Cybertron stuff still kicking around. Lo and behold, I found buried in there, Alternators Jazz! Awesome! And it was discounted! for 22$ Canadian! I snatched that sucker. Then, I noticed a Titanium box with the Marvel Legends (Marvel has a titanium line too), that looked odd. It was The Fallen! I've never seen it! So, I snatched that too. I love both the toys (I didn't find Jazz that hard to transform back and forth at all, maybe I'm too skilled with my transformable gundam model kits, THOSE are nightmares), and now I'm scouring looking for jsut about anything of Alternators, and I really want the WW Megs and Prime. I havn't felt this much with glee with Transformer toys since I was a kid buying up Beast Wars toys.
All in all, I'm hooked again. I guess I can join the people now who complain about the cancellation of the Binaltech/Alternators line. They're awesome!
Just my little thing I wanted to throw in there.
