Oh yeah, those four asteroids are the other Autobots - Prime, Ironhide, Ratchet and Jazz. As others have said, the Decepticons are already on Earth by time they arrive - summoned by Bumblebee's Bat Bot Signal. Ironhide's arrival is so funny - the girl with the My Little Pony doll comes out because she thinks that he's the Tooth Fairy.

Well, seeing as he was able to see the advance screening in Australia...this finally proves that it is indeed Ironhide coming out of the pool and not a Decepticon, not Jazz and no one else. It's Ironhide.

Well seing as names have changed from demolishor to brawl and such I'dsd say yeah its been changed at least somewhat.

just because they changed a name or two dont mean anything in my book....every scene they have showed that involved the bots is a direct carbon copy of the script...little changes to **** like spike eating a burger dont interest me....its still the same script that everyone **** on a year ago...all the talk of rewrites and giving megs and earth alt was just bs....that script was set in stone the second they printed it....peace

ok, I just finished reading, or should I say filtering through, this thread. if there is one thing i can say its this


JAZZ DIES!


most of the random thread branches gave insight to various things, including the thought that a director is racist bc a robot being voiced by a black person is killed in the movie.

all I have to say about Jazz getting killed is this. Megs is freaking evil, right? Jazz is the smallest autobot. it makes sense that megs would kill him outright. for those of you who have read the prequel book, SS does the same to the humans, he doesnt need to, but they are a pest that are bothering him, so he kills them. Jazz prolly just pissed off megs by thinking he could take him and megs put him in his place...6 ft under. (or would it be 60ft under?)

The death is far from gruesome. In fact it's quite quick (and no, there's no spark eating) and his death is glossed over. (Could be a case of the Autobots have become accustomed to losing comrades, or the fact the Jazz character sucked and they figured no one would actually miss him. I know I didn't)

Human deaths - No major characters.

Oh good! I can somewhat live knowing that Jazz dies! Ratchet, Ironhide and Optimus died in the 86 movie so someone else had to go! But BumbleBee being killed would have been more dramatic because hes the little bro and the underdog of the group!

ok, some of us WILL miss jazz. he looks the coolest and acts the coolest of the autobots. and hes a solstice soo, that got me on his side. it wouldnt seem right even have BB die, since hes the most connected with Sam.

your right, it wasn't really bad, and they didn't care much for him in the whole movie.. but still.. to be ripepd apart had to hurt.. even though it was 5 seconds and then cut to another scene.. maybe grusome was the wrong word.. ohh well:)

and yes, jazz did suck, they didn't even bother to develope him in the movie.. he wasn't the only one they didn't develope though.
