Sorry if this is old news but I did a search and didn't find anything about this. I was on Jizaitoys site looking at their projects and found something they posted back in March, a mock up for a transforming Kranix similar to how they showed the concept for Galvatron. It's pretty awesome and I hope they make it or sell their design to another company to produce.
It can be found here: http://jizaitoys.seesaa.net/article/257571584.html

People don't buy their designs, they just steal 'em.
I like this idea, but I won't hold my breath for it. I'll just wait for the IT version to go on clearance.

It's neat and that's a very Movie 2005 altmode but I'd have to pass.

Very impressive. But considering Kranix came from a planet that is inhabited by women with children, I think no transformation is better suited. (Similar to the robotic creatures on Quintessa) Ill be getting the Impossible Toys version. If X-Transbots does this version at a realistic price, Ill buy it. With unassembled figures that cost over $500, Jizai is out of touch with most Transformers collectors. If he really wants to be even considered a "company" he needs to take his talents to a sponser that can front the production costs and mass produce these things. (including assembly)

In the original TF: Universe series that accompanied the original 80-issue comic series, Kranix was shown as having an altmode very similar to this one.
Unlike many of the other "companies" Jizai actually gets Hasbro approval to create a limited number of kits to sell at certain Japanese toy shows, he's not interested in being as big as FansProject.

I did see his alt mode on TF Wiki. But which came first, the comic appearance or the movie ?
I recall at the Hasbro pannel in Botcon 2010, a 3rd party question was asked. After everybody finished cringing, one of the Hasbro guys answered by making reference to a "3rd party Cyclonus" that was made when Universe Cyclonus was still in the works. My guess is they were referring to Jizai. Are you sure he gets permission from Hasbro ? Anyways, his prices are out of touch with the hobby in general. I could understand if his works were one of a kind customs like Frenzy/Rumble, but not for something that comes from a mold. It cant cost that much.

I explained this to you before, he is not out of touch with anything.
He makes garage kits with a license from Takara, simply for the art of transforming toys.
His price for one is 70 dollars, the ebay prices are not the actual prices, they are the after market prices. This kits are only available at Wonderfest a Japanese convention for toys and garage kits.

Re: Jizaitoys transforming Kranix
Yeah, this was pretty much his official alt mode back in the Marvel comics from 1987.
