I never really looked at the alternators gallery that much because I have most of them and ones I don't have I didn't want. Well I just load up front page a minute ago and there was kiss play autorooper man I don't know what to say about him. I can guess by the way he looks he isn't a really autobot his something they made up to launch the kiss play line. so my question is what other people think about this figure.

At first I thought it was a Streetwise homage, but the head bears no resemblance to Streetwise.

Regardless, the Mazda is an odd choice for a police vehicle, and the usual moral complaints about the Kiss line are present.

Don't find it particularly ugly. Just the head looks a bit odd and not quite my cup of tea. But kind of fits the content since its meant to be some sort of cheap mass production TF. But Jazz/Meister has a much nicer head, so this variant paint job doesn't really attract me. Though I do like the color choices on the body parts, if I ever want a RX-8 police car and do a head swap.

Technically, he's not an Autobot.

In the KISS universe:

Optimus Prime is an Autobot
Hot Rodimus is a rogue
And Autotrooper is neutral

They are all technically good guys because they fight against the Legion (which are the Decepticons).

Autorooper or Autotrooper, which probably would have been his name if the translation wasn't written in Engrish, is a mass produced AI shock tooper designed and built by humans based on TF technology hence why he looks so strange. He is neither Autobot or Decepticon he is the property of the EDC (Earth Defence Corp(?)).

The reason I thought he was ugly was because of the orange rocket launcher for a hand, but once I looked closer I released the orange cones that came with figure transformed into a rocket launcher. I like the figure the head is o.k. now it makes sense why the head looks like that he is supposed to be a mass produced trooper of some sort, and I do like the RX-8 body type. So I take back the ugly comment.

No need to take back your comment. It still look odd in its own way, and we all have different taste.
