for anyone who didnt know who was the orginal voice for kitt was his name is William Daniels hes not going to be the voice of the car this new voice makes kiit sounds like he has an attitude tough guy personality compared to the orginal version

I'm interested, not sure if I'll like it but I'll check it out. After all, I've watched Team Knightrider once, Knightrider 2020?, and the Knightrider 2000 movie. I would have prefered a Firehawk to a Mustang. Perhaps after this, Airwolf can come back.

Knight Rider 2000 was a made for tv movie where Micheal Knight returns to the Foundation for Law and Government to help solve a new case. He requests his old partner KITT only to find he had been dis assembled, and a new car was in the works, based on a Pontiac Banshee concept car. He chooses to try to reassemble whats left of KITT into his own 57 chevy. Eventually, events lead to KITT being installed in the Banshee. It also focuses on a female cop who was shot in the line of duty and to save her, one of KITT's chips were inserted into her brain. This was supposed to be a pilot leading to a new series involving the car and the cop. The car had VR video displayed on the windshield, A sonic device similar to the microwave device of the original, and could travel on water like a boat. Plot was kind of weak and acting seemed cheesey. But it was Knight Rider. The new KITT was a Knight Industries Three Thousand.

I believe the title was Knight Rider 2000. It may be possible to download it. The pilot came out, I think, in the early 90's.

The ford will take some getting used to as well. Kind of wish they would have stayed with pontiac. But, I guess the point is, Kitt was the computer not the car.

will arnett is no longer doing it? then i have absolutely no reason to watch this now.

Does anyone know why it wasn't the Camaro? I was thinking because of Bumblebee getting that car, but I also think Chevy probably couldn't produce an affordable prototype (prototypes?) for the show.

I think Val Kilmer's a better choice, honestly.

Problem is though...this doesn't say much for the current state of his career. Doing a faceless voice over for a CAR after Top Gun and the like...

Ouch.

Oh sure, it's good money, more than I'll ever see, but for him...wow.
