Does anyone have the KO Magnus wearing the CC armor? I know it has been mentioned by a few people but I would love to see some pics of it, if anyone has them.

Does it look right? is it OK? I have a real Magnus with the first run of CC armor, but I would like to display the three version of the Voyager together (sans upgrades), as well as display the City Commander in robot mode, and I am not sure if I want to buy another real magnus just for that.

Saw one at Botcon, and it hides all of the unsightly stuff. Its fine and looks seamless.

Don't waste your money..get another real magnus.. I had My CC on a Ko UM and it sucked..The shoulders were loose as hell, the fists didn't stay on and when they did the shoulder joints would sag..

My advice, Find a loose one and use it..It's not worth the Ko price..

Very much so. Looks like the one shoulder is pretty loose, but I would think it would be fine. Funds are short, so it may be a while, but this at least gives me a good reference.

on a sidenote, Shadowstream, does putting a layer of Superglue on the KO Magnus help stiffen things up a bit?

Or does the CC armor not fit in properly?

Wouldn't think so, since they have almost zero friction hold on those thin shoulders. The KO itself has a lot of problems in and of itself, from mismatched parts to loose joints. Putting the armor on it is just polishing a turd. The forearms are either too loose a fit or get jammed on and take and hour to get back off, the torso/head piece fits haphazard at best, and the gun would be so heavy it would either pull his arm off (if it wasn't stuck) or make him topple. The only parts that fit well enough are the crotch and right leg.

Bottom line - DO NOT put knock off prime molds into any official fansproject commander armor sets. I bought them to experiment on, and so far they fail on nearly every level.

Unless you are a good kitbasher, I say don't even consider them.

If I were to get the KO Magnus Just For the guns, Would it work? If I bought one that was Missing both guns? Would it be ok?

Um, not quite sure what ya mean, but with or without the guns it doesn't matter. The hands and shoulders wont fit on his arms and the guns wont fit in either the hands or shoulders.

No, How do the KO Guns, the Smokestacks and Windvane, work on the actual Classics UM instead of his legitimate guns.

Oh. Well they're okay with just UM on his own, though the wind vane doesn't look as good in vehicle mode. I also neglected to mention that the trailer won't fit on the KO's hitch in vehicle mode either.
