I had this non TF combiner that was made of three animals.
One was a red dog/wolf, his head and legs were red plastic and body was black.
Same build as the red dog, is an orange puma. bright orange head and legs.
Finally a white and blue vulture that was flat and had a head sort of like laser beak.

The way they combined was interesting, because the dog/puma would form both the complete half of the combiner body. All contained within the puma and dog were the arms half torso and one leg. They would link up at the chest having a straight line down the middle of the bot. Then the vulture's body with wings would attach to the back and the long neck of the vulture would wrap around the middle and cover the chest. The robot head would then peg onto the neck portion. The vulture's legs would part form and attach to the shins making the feet. And i think the rest of the chest was part formed.

The toy had a silver sword and 2 silver chrome vac metal guns that looked awesome.

I was wondering if any one came across this

I know the guy quite well: it's Draias from Brave of the Sun Fighbird and is one of only two main villian toys released after Dino Geist (or "Dyno Guyst"). Lookee here:

The figure consists of a Death Tiger, Death Dragon and Death Eagle. The version shown is the (more common) Korean one released by Sonokong, and fully licensed.

wow, it's actually him! Thank you so much for identifying him, it really made my day. I had this guy when I didn't own much Transformers, so he was our combiner. It was during beast wars era and I used them as Cheetor, Airrazor and Silverbolt. But alas it was gone in the great exodus, where almost all of the toys were given away. All I had left was the Death Eagle's legs....

Those legs became the arms of G1 Spyglass, since the arms broke off easily.

Enter silver and gold spray paint and thus we have a new born character ....Bluey Peramitus that eventually became Au Peramitus with gold paint, and a broken viewfinder with no right arm or right leg was silver spray painted to become Ag Peramitus.
