There are no rules for the Masterpiece line. It can be anything.

i'll be happy with any g1 mp's but i'd really love to see some of the cars and it shouldn't matter if they were already made into alternators. that shouldn't conflict with the mp line at all. also a triple changer would be nice as well but i do have one small request....NO MOVIE DEBACLE MP'S PLEASE!!!

Very true I think people are just trying to make educated guesses as to the direction the line may take, I remeber when we weren't even sure Masterpeice would be a line and MP-01 was a one off. A lot can change and none of us really know what TakaraTomy will do next.

I really have no idea, but I think they'd probably stick to what's popular, with the applicable repaints of course.

I would absolutely love to see a Masterpiece Hot Rod, but who knows if we'll see it. As cool as Soundwave is, I'm not really sure what they could do with him to warrant MP size. I guess it would be nice to see him anime-accurate and fully articulated. And I love Grimlock, but i don't really want a giant T-Rex sitting on my shelf... weird, but that's just how I feel.

Well, i know there is no chance in hell of this guy ever being made, there are no repaint pssabilities, or anything like that.. Maybe it's my penchiant for the obscure, and I know I'm probably alone in this opinion, but if there was ever a chance to see it made, I would buy him... and I would love to see him get made...
