Getting back to the original topic of this thread, I'm surprised no one's mentioned this: There was an unreleased two-pack in which Megatron and Starscream did combine!
It would've been a redeco of the G2 Dreadwing and Smokescreen, who were released and did combine together, but in vehicle mode instead of Robot Mode.
The redecoed versions as Megatron and Starscream would've been in a very similar color scheme to that of BWII Starscream & BB.
So, had that G2 two-pack been released, it would've been the first (and thus far the only) occurance of a Megatron and Starscream combining together.
