I've recently branched out from Transformers collecting to Gundam plastic model kits. Even more recently, I've branched out beyond Gundam model kits. I've just purchased a 1/48 Real Robot Revolution SPT-LZ-00X Layzner.
I'm also looking into the Kotobukiya lines of models like the Super Robot War 1/144 and 1/100 kits. I've read that the earlier kits have "cheaper" construction, which includes thinner and more brittle plastic parts but apparently the more recent kits have come up in quality quite a bit. If anyone has experience with the Kotobukiya SRW model kits, please share your opinion of them.
