And his final act of self-sacrifice near the end of the comic's run brought down the Ark and defeated Megatron, Galvatron II, Shockwave, and Starscream all at once (though, the next issue revealed that Galvatron II survived, and G.I. Agreed. Still say Prime's was more heroic, but Ratchet was a hero through-and-through.
Prime's actions overall were more heroic/important, but one mustn't forget Ratchet was a non-combat medic who was 'armed' with laser scalpels that tickled Megatron... and I believe he saved the Autobots... what, three or four times and was 2-0 against Megatron?
