Unrated dvd's are way overrated. Unrated doesn't mean anything other than that that version of the film was not rated by CARA (Classification and Rating Administration) which by the way is a voluntary system. No filmmaker is required to do it but they all do to increase viewership.
Unfortunately most of the time they just add a deleted scene or two and call it unrated to make you think its a better version than the orginal.

Nor that the 'cons barely grunted bar Megatron. Let's face it, who bloody cared about the humans? Anyone notice that even though the city was getting trashed when an aerial shot was done the city was completely intact?
Bay should be shot.
The only thing I salute is the design of the transformers.

okay a few plot holes need to be covered up,
1) scorponok is still alive.
2) so is barricade
they never went over what happened with them, so obviously they may have something to do with the second movie, rejuvination or something?

You forgot to mention starscream, who was seen flying back to space during the credits,
also: barricades parts were seen being dumped into the ocean, most notably his door.

Did Prime crush that last little shard of the Allspark he took out of Meg's chest or keep it? I wasn't quite sure. I got the impression he crushed it though.

Spoilers...
first off I agree with dark fool about the lack of character development especially on the decepticons.
The change from robot to vehicle annoyed me because when they were in robot mode they had all kinds of scratches and battle damage and then when they transformed it was like they were brand new.
Jazz dying sucked but again its not a saturday morning cartoon.
Primes mouth still bothers me
kind of dissapointed that Sams name wasn't Spike or at least Spike as a nickname.
Some of that stuff is pretty picky I know but I did really like the special effects with the transformations and weapons. Prime saying One shall stand and one shall fall was awesome (I had forgotten about that) . Also primes flames didn't look as stupid as I thought they might. overall I liked it and would definately see it again.... probably not for 8.50 a ticket though (and that was the matinee)
