Alex Kingdom wrote:Yes the pic on the back of the MP Skywarp box suggests there may be an MP Thundercraker planned. Whether or not he'll be the next MP is yet to be revealed. However there are rumours that MP-07 will be the show accurate US redeco of Starscream.

It's too bad the Japanese version will remain in the U.S. packaging. The Japanese packaging is superior with removeable trays that allow the pieces to go back.

Possible but I have both and I really cant see any difference in the plastic quiality other than Skywarp is painted glossy black and SS is mostly bare green/gray coloured plastic.

Painted? Not black-colored plastic? So this means it can chip off?
Alex Kingdom wrote:Autobot Vanquisher wrote:Does anyone know if the Wal-Mart SS is the new cast used for Skywarp, or the old one that has all the flaws?
Skywarp was not a new cast and the flaws with MP-03 were massivly exagerated, the issues with the mould were QC related and these appear to have been worked out over time. There is no actual changes made to the mould for Skywarp other than remoulding of the alternate faces part.

I am also remolded in a different color plastic... it's silly to think a toy could hold up repainted..
CyberTooth wrote:Noting that the picture is still in debate itself as being anything more than a fanmade picture used by Takara. After all, said picture [or one very similar] showed up and was used by a fan as a signature image about the same time MP-03 was released.
