Need help to identify characters

Can someone tell me which 2 characters these are and from what show they are from?

The hero is Ippatsuman from the series Gyakuten! Ippatsuman: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyakuten!_Ippatsuman

(Hmm, that certainly ends....interestingly.)

His mecha is called the Gyakuten-Oh.
