plus how does Galvatron and Stinger join the cons if they are on the humans side and don't gain intelligence or sentience?

There has been nothing said of any of the manmade bots joining the Decepticons in this movie. The only reason people assume that will happen is because their toys are being sold as Decepticons.

Same with Lockdown. We just found out that he belongs to no faction in this movie, yet all his toys are labeled as Decepticons too.

But that happens all the time with non-Decepticon evil bots having their toys sold as Decepticon toys. Nearly all Unicron toys since Cybertron have sold him as Con, despite his evil transcending that of the Decepticons. Animated Lockdown was faction neutral yet had his toys sold as Cons too. Prime Nemesis Prime and Silas Breakdown belonged to the MECH faction yet had their toys sold as Decepticons. It's all because its easier to market an evil Transformers robot as a Decepticon (or Predacon, or Vehicon) than as belonging to no faction or as something else entirely.

Yeah i know that but i mean fans will do stupid stuff like attack Bay with a fan (yes i know those guys were not actually transformer fans)

As if that would be any different from previous fan outrage aimed at the movies.
