It's funny that it's in the typical Alternator packaging. There are no markings on the package to indicate that this is a SDCC exclusive. I think this is going to be exactly like the Alternator Prime-

First available at SDCC for a markup. Then later released to the general public.

Best part of this guy is that HasbroToyShop will be selling him for a reasonable price after the convention

Isnt a regular alternator like 20 bucks, this one is only 25 so I dont see that big of a problem if its an exclusive.

To me, exclusive means "not sold anywhere else". I think this is simply a debut. If this turns out to be the case, then I think it's false advertising.

yea, i got nemi for about 50 last year.. so if i can snatch him for 50-60 bucks.. i am still pondering driving to sd though.. it's only 5 hours.. pay some fat kid with pimples to run in and buy it for me, and i'll be about my way

If you want to pick one up for me, too (or send the fat kid back inside one more time), I'd so be willing to pay shipping plus some extra $$ for him...

I'd love to see a mass release of this one, but with the future of the Alt. line so iffy right now, being an Alt. completist means jumping at the chance to get him. Learned that from Swerve and Camshaft--thank goodness I acted on sight!

Dude, the going through the Hasbro line (if you can get in it) takes about 3 hours. You might want to step into one the Gaslamp's many over priced bars while you're waiting for the fat kid. And TFBuyer, the limit is two, so the fat kid can get them both in one trip!
