That first one there is actually the UK poster, you can tell by the release date on the bottom (27-07-07) and the tagline at the top.
The North American poster doesn't have the tagline on the top and has the proper release date (7-3-7), it's this one here (I shrunk the image down, I have a super hi-res one if anybody is interested...)

The posters we've got on the trains here are awesome. The eye logo, the destroyed city, all with metallic paint. I'm tempted to just snatch one and run.
