I went up to GuangZhou on Saturday, spent 170rmb, picked up the Predacons, some more smallest combiners, triple changer set, and a shockwave, there was also a dark blue version.

Thanks, Yeah, I noticed that too, pretty cool, I wonder why that is, whether it's different 'companies' renting the tooling to make the figures and then design their own packaging, or the same manufacturer just makes new designs from time to time,

I got one of my Chinese friends to type the Chinese character names for me, then I used an online dictionary to translate,

so Razorclaw would be "Ferocious Lion Staff Officer"
and Tantrum would be "Red Bull Frontline Soldier"

I recently aquired these at my local Big Lots;Transmetal 2 Megatrons for 10 dollars each.They might not be as good as the originals but the quality is pretty good for K.O.s.They also come in 2 colors,original red and orange,and dark green with gold which doesnt look bad.

I like to think of the dark green one as a knockoff RiD Cryotek (who uses the same mold as TM2 Megatron). They are a little smaller than the original toy, but nice knockoffs.

Poundland have a stock of Go-Go-Robots which are 2 variations on the dumper truck 123 Gobot Playskool Transformers. One Dumper Truck (Orange) and one Cement Mixer (Yellow) £1.00 each. I picked up the Dumper Truck for mini-collider to grow into.

I did not pick them up (Yet) but at Dollar tree they had over sized Cybertron Legends figures of Leobreaker , Scourge & Brimstone. All 4 came in Blue, Bright neon Green, Bright neon Orange & Red.

Extremely old knock off.. I'd say about 15 years or so. Surprised he survived that long.

Along with his car buddies (he was the waist iirc), the black truck (legs), red sportscar (torso) and a blue twintwist clone (arms) they became a gestalt of some kind.

Anybody reckon they have any information on it? I dont own the other 3 anymore (broke/mom threw em out/lost in time and space) but i'd sure love to get this one complete again. I reckon this was my first "transformer" (although Scoop probably came first)

Yes, I'm pretty sure Walgreens doesn't carry 1986 Aerilablts any more unless they are knockoffs. The Ruination box set has weak blades on the helicopter, and it's missing the shuttle's gun, I think. The Aerialbots set is slightly smaller than the original toys (so much so you can't swap accessories) and they skipped the handguns for the 4 limbs. They did restore the spring in the launcher of Silverbolt though.

Btw, those of you that already have one -- would any of you happen to have an original G1 Prowl as well? I'd kind of like to see some decent comparison shots, namely to make out the size... if they look like a good match, I'd be tempted to order some reprolabels for Prowl. Maybe some for the oversized Red Alert too, though I guess he'd need a paint job first.

Found some interesting things at family dollar today - Some G2 bikes and cyberjets. These are not oversized and are only $3. Looking at the back, there is also a Star Saber looking character too. I didn't find him though.

The top one was Robot Masters Star Saber and there is a Victory Leo that comes with him. If you look closely on the front of the box, there is an obscured sticker on the clear plastic that says Victory Leo and gives his stats. Its on both boxes. Weird.
